Highly Sensitive People

Highly Sensitive People (HSP) is a term used to describe folks with sensitive nervous systems, roughly 15-20% of the general population. If you are easily affected by your environment, the moods of others, extreme situations, or art/music, you might be highly sensitive. If you were told as a child that you were “too sensitive,” you might be highly sensitive. Curious? Here is a simple quiz by Dr. Elaine Aron.

Natalie specializes in working with highly sensitive people as coaching clients to help them find balance and fulfillment in their lives. As a HSP herself, she has learned tools and strategies to help navigate corporate, creative, and educational workspaces over her 20+ year career. Natalie considers being a HSP as a superpower in a world that is often numb to stimuli, allowing for deeper connection with others and the world around her. For those new to discovering this trait about themselves, Natalie serves as a seasoned guide with resources and support.

Choosing to work with Natalie has been one of the most meaningful investments I’ve made in myself in midlife. Natalie has supported me in reducing overwhelm and maintaining focus.

Because of the work we’ve done together, I have more creative energy and have grown my confidence in setting healthy boundaries with my work and in my relationships. Natalie is kind and electric!
