Natalie Davis is an intuitive leadership coach and creative professional with 20+ years in the design industry and 8 years as an executive coach. She has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from museums and architecture firms to hotels and non-profits, along with being a co-owner of several restaurants in Austin, TX. Her past job titles have included creative director, design professor, maker, mentor, founder, and facilitator.

Natalie is driven by her values of curiosity, compassion, and kindness to listen deeply to clients and help them make meaning of their world. She is a brand story teller and myth maker who weaves together a client’s goals, strengths, and actions to reach beyond their desired vision into a new frontier. That’s where the magic happens.

Natalie is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with 8 years of coaching experience, along with holding a BA in Design|Media Arts from UCLA and a MFA in 2D Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art. She taught graphic design for 7 years at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Natalie has run two successful product businesses, showcased at international trade shows, and been featured in the NY Times, Dwell Magazine, and Style.com, among other publications.

She splits her time between Austin, TX and Santa Fe, NM and works internationally with clients, including hosting retreats and workshops. Natalie serves on the executive leadership advisory board for Future Front, an arts & culture non-profit in Texas, along with volunteering with Girls Empowerment Network.
